Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking in advance through GlossGenius to secure your preferred stylist and time slot. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but appointments always get priority.

How long does a color service take?

It depends on the service. A root touch-up typically takes 1–1.5 hours, while a full balayage or highlight service can take 2.5–4 hours. We recommend booking a consultation so we can give you an accurate time estimate.

What hair products do you use?

We exclusively use Shibui products a luxury line infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil that hydrates, strengthens, and smooths every strand without weighing hair down. Products are also available for purchase in the salon.

Where are you located and is parking available?

We're located at 238 S Elm Street in the Vernon Building in downtown Greensboro, NC. Street parking and nearby parking decks are available within easy walking distance.

Do you offer consultations for new clients?

Yes! Consultations are included with all color services and are always welcome for new clients. We want to make sure we fully understand your hair goals before we get started.
